This is in alignment with ISFM cat friendly handling techniques to ensure we uphold the highest standards of care that comes with the ISFM Silver Cat Friendly Clinic status obtained by both branches in 2024.

Our clinic has been specially designed to operate on a completely open-concept basis, allowing pet owners to be involved in the care and treatment of their beloved companions throughout their entire visit here. This also puts pets at ease knowing that their pet parents are with them every step of the way.
